“Mesaria Galina” bridge in Kastanea, Konitsa

In approximately 200 meters from the central square of the village and behind the Primary School, there is the Mesaria Galina bridge. It is a semi-circular, single-arched bridge, made of carved stone from the area. The bridge is heavy and compact compared to other bridges of Epirus. It is also heavy related with the latest history and tradition of the village.
